Starting from the outside and working our way in, this Hamilton Mountain home got a complete update. The home had amazing bones that were lovingly preserved by the same owner for decades. They entrusted us to give it a complete rejuvenation. The design team opted to replace the tired windows with all new black trimmed windows, and to match, the garage doors, soffits and eaves were also updated to match. Inside, we carried this modern black look throughout with black hardware, tile selections and light fixtures. Hardwood floors were selected to match with the age and character of the home. The focal point of the open concept living and dining room is a gorgeous 8-foot island complete with quartz countertops and mosaic backsplash. This space is made for families to gather and be together!
