Welcome to Project Huxley, a beautiful 2,400 square foot custom home in the Delta neighborhood. Inspired by a contemporary farmhouse, our team selected a white board-and-batten exterior, complemented with cedar accents and black finishes.
The home features 9-foot ceilings throughout and an open concept main floor with luxury kitchen finishes including a Venetian plaster range hood. The living room features built-in shelving flanking the linear fireplace. The second floor consists of four spacious bedrooms, a laundry room with built-in cabinets and large windows providing plenty of natural light, upgraded main bathroom, and spa-like ensuite.
As provincial and municipal governments continue to call for more densification within urban boundaries, Gateway Group is dedicated to infill developments and “filling in the gaps” throughout existing neighborhoods. For this project, we purchased the neighboring as a double lot, retained the existing home, and severed to build this new custom home. We are proud to increase available housing units within communities during a housing shortage that continues to challenge the province.
