Restoring this home to its original glory was a true delight. The design team reimagined the exterior, creating a mid-century modern look more reflective of the era this home was built in. On the interior, it has all of the modern features and amenities. This renovation is unique in the sense that there is a growing need in home ownership for in-law suites, whether for a mortgage helper or for family members. This home boasted tall ceilings and a side entrance that made it possible for us to create two levels of living space, fulfilling a unique need.
