Our violet street project is the epitome of what we strive to provide in the housing community. This semi-detached home is actually four homes! This feat was achieved by ensuring the lower units were completely separated on their own from the upper unit allowing for rental suites that could be mortgage helpers or for multi-generational families to live together while maintaining their own space and privacy. This was created by acquiring an oversized lot, with a deep back yard on a corner and over time, our team worked to sever the large unused backyard of the original home into a separate property for the new homes to be built on. This project helps meet our growing need in the Golden Horseshoe of new and affordable housing within the same urban boundary.
